Have the mechanicals been updated and serviced? Does the floor plan work for your lifestyle?

These are the basics. This is what you're buying. Wall color can be quickly changed and carpets easily replaced. This is the cosmetic part of the house and something you'll no doubt update throughout the years as your tastes change. Factor in the costs of redoing the interior and make a choice that you'll be truly happy with.
